Stayed the end of July of 2021. The home was absolutely perfect. Even better in person than the pictures online. The home contained all the essential items, plus some. The home is very modern, and felt like home. Any contact with the house manager was promptly responded. Look forward to staying again next year!

Great little place! Mixon is such a cool little community and this property is convenient to amenities. The rear common courtyard is charming and it’s just a walk across the street to the Mixon Market. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the house for our son's wedding in Birmingham. With everything taking place between Homewood and Vestavia CC, the home was perfectly located to quickly get to events during the weekend. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable and was very clean & neat. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a centrally located, well kept weekend rental.

We had a lovely two weeks stay, we have stayed in several condos over the years around the same area. However I must say we were very impressed with the service from itrip and the cleanliness of the condo. Would highly recommend the condo and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Amazing family vacation!

We wanted a place for our family to vacation that was relaxing and didn't feel cramped like a small hotel room with our 2.5 and 7 year old girls. The Simba Run condo was gorgeous, spacious, clean, safe and so comfy! The pool was an added bonus and never crowded. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back again.
