We were very pleased with the unit. Close to shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. Easy access to the beach. Incredible view from the balcony and open floor plan, lots of room. Bedrooms are very large w/private bathroom. Note: must be able to climb stairs, only room for one car.

We had an amazing trip! So close to the Old City, we walked everywhere! Scoops, an amazing ice cream shop, is so close and visited there a few times during our stay. Will definitely rent this house again!!!

My family and I recently stayed at San Carlos 1408 and were truly impressed with our condo! The kitchen felt like home, fully accommodated preparing means for our children, the condo was clean, beautifully decorated and quiet! We will definitely be returning.

Quaint Cottage. Would stay again.

Bedrooms and bathroom(s) on 2nd floor. Would be a issue with anyone with a mobility problem. Read all the comments about the parking. Not reading carefully I had the impression that available parking was .1 mile away (free). Turns out that is outside of the season.
