We had a nice and relaxed vacation, the house was very clean, well-kept and very close to the beach and supermarkets, the pool was delicious and clean, the house was equipped with everything necessary including bicycles. the communication with Mark and his team was perfect and fast. My wife and I grew up coming to this area of Florida when we were kids. This year we decided to bring our kids down to experience a piece of our childhood. Having the condo right on the water was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and the beach chairs and umbrellas were very helpful for our long days on the beach. We hope to come back again.

My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Folly. The apartment we rented has been clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pool has been very fun. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants had also been a plus! I recommend others interested in this complex should stay. We have had a great vacation!

The Tiki Place is a great vacation home. With its spacious layout, the house comfortably slept 9. It was clean, well-kept, and stocked well. The tiki bar and pool made the home feel like a resort. The hosts were wonderful and responsive. In summary, it was a great experience.

This lovely home was the perfect place for our family vacation. It was very clean and nicely decorated and the heated pool/jacuzzi in the backyard was a special treat especially in the evenings. The neighborhood was quiet and right in the middle of Sea Pines with easy access to Harbourtown, the beach, the Forest Preserve etc.
