The condo is beautiful and had been updated since last year. It has lovely appointments and the beach station by the door is a simple but greatly appreciated addition. The best aspect of this condo is the beautiful view from the balcony.

The condo is very clean. The location cannot be beat. Only improvement I would recommend would be to supply a few more basic items in kitchen, like coffee filters and salt and pepper. The mattress in the master bedroom could be a bit more comfortable, but overall the condo was a fantastic place for our trip.

Overall, the home was nice and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent location near town but still quiet. We had an issue with an old entry code, but the iTrip team quickly responded with the correct code. One minor issue was the grill. It was damaged (missing/broken knob) that made grilling a challenge as it wouldn't heat up fully.

I had such a relaxing and enjoyable time staying here...the things that I really appreciated aside from the place being unbelievably clean were the coffee brand Bustelo which is amazing and the bed sheets were the same style I have at home which added to my comfortability. The Riverhouse was perfect for our family of 4. It is beautifully decorated and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Our kids loved fishing at the neighborhood dock and our pups loved going for walks around the neighborhood. We will definitely return!
