We've stayed at this unit previously and have really had a great time. The location is great, it's close to shopping, dining, and everything you would be looking for. The sunsets from the balcony are amazon and the beach are steps away. The condo is well stocked and having a washer and dryer is a plus. The only drawback is the the unit could use a good cleaning. We had a fantastic week! The house was amazing and had everything we could possibly want and need. The iTrip staff was exceptionally helpful. We were blessed with fantastic weather and water conditions. We would recommend this rental and iTrip to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed the private pool, hot tub (extra charge of $25/day), screened-in porch, comfortable beds, plentiful kitchen utensils, bikes, and private tree-lined streets on which to ride.

Our stay went great, it’s obvious the owners are working to build a getaway spot out in the woods. Not too far from Chattanooga or from the beautiful Cloud Canyon State Park. The room was open and cozy with just about everything we needed for our stay. Our favorite bonus perk was the hammock under the deck, it was incredibly relaxing to just sway back and forth and enjoy the woods.

This is our second year renting the Sanibel condo. We love it! Clean, comfortable, convenient...there was not a thing we did not like. Beautiful views and the grounds are well cared for....elevators were spotless.
