This place was amazing! Way beyond my expectations. It had the perfect view and location for our girls trip. It was a quick walk to the beach and not too far from all the great restaurants in Downtown Charleston. Would highly recommend this place or even return myself for another stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation.The Kozy Lodge was such a cute cabin.It was clean, comfortable and in good repair.It had everything we needed.It was very convenient to everything but not right in the middle of town.We celebrated our oldest daughter’s 30th birthday and enjoyed our time together.Would dedicate recommend to others.The daily free ticket was a very nice bonus!

This place was perfect for our time in Florence! It was extremely clean, welcoming, and has exceeded all expectations. The lake is amazing, we had it to ourselves basically the whole time! Would definitely come here again!!

I love this house+cottage. Couldn’t have had a better location or set up for our family. Easy, fantastic beach access. Lots of fun activities in the surrounding area. Already planning to come back. Everyone had enough space and yet cozy enough at the same time. I love the hose outside with warm water to wash ourselves off after beach play.

We enjoyed our stay & the condo was in a great location. Four adults & four children fit comfortably. Beach was a block away. We only moved our vehicle once and that was for the grocery store. Walked to all restaurants & gift shops. The only down fall was there wasn’t any outside storage for our tent & chairs. Had to store them back in the vehicle. Overall it was a great experience.
