Very relaxing place

Very quiet place with a wonderful view. We saw Dolphins from the balcony nearly every day. Condo very clean and more than enough space for our four people family. Publix next door made life very easy. Beach across the street. All in all a great vacation place. We will be back. :-)

As first timers to St. Augustine, the Penthouse welcomed us to warm beaches a 30 second walk away and a downtown experience like no other. Our first impression of the area, along with a clean, quaint, and private room, will keep us coming to St. Augustine for years to come.

212 is a nice clean unit . Great AC , great water pressure . We enjoyed our stay . The sliding door to porch needs to have new rollers installed on bottom of frame , the Master Bedroom Mattress needs an update it’s super hard , we enjoyed our stay

I was looking for a place to stay in Destin for more than a week, and Destin West was an amazing surprise. Huge complex with various pools, lazy river, etc. Perfect for family with kids !! In front of the beach !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. Love being right on the beach. The house is roomy and comfortable and the property is well maintained and regularly updated with improvements. Would love to visit again and hope to return again next year!
