The place was perfect for the five of us to unwind and enjoy the beautiful beach. The place was very clean and was as advertised with all the amenities you need for the week. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

Fabulous place to stay. An easy 10 minute Uber or drive to downtown Charleston. Nice casual restaurants within walking distance for the night we arrived and for good coffee in the mornings before we took off Charleston. Incredibly clean, well appointed, and communications with owners was easy -- they were proactive about everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others without hesitation.

This is our 3rd year renting thru Itrip and they did NOT disappoint. Always so friendly and helpful when needed. This condo is very beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen has pretty much anything you would need. We plan to return again. Thank you to the owner for allowing us to rent your condo once again.

Our entire family had a fantastic stay in Eugenia for a memorable vacation. With fifteen people including two little ones , the home was super by allowing everyone ample space. Privacy and a quiet environment made us feel at home. Access to the beach was simple and quick. Enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay and felt the condo was perfect for us. The place is just as pictured and is tastefully decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the boats and dolphins. The location was perfect being on third floor and just next to the pool not too far or too close. It was nice to stay in Olde Marco and walk daily to places for food and drink!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We have a family of six with several adult children. This home provided ample space for us all to be comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and was perfect for preparing breakfast before hitting the slopes. We skied one day in Vail and the other five days in Beaver Creek. It was equally convenient to drive to either mountain. We loved the large great room and the amazing views of the valley below. Loved our time in this lovely home.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo in Deer Valley, UT. The location and accommodations worked perfectly for my family escaping the AZ heat. We enjoyed the lake and beautiful views. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I’ll definitely be back again in the near future.

This unit was perfect for a couple and two teens. We really could not afford another bedroom, so the bunks were just perfect and all beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed. We were super happy to have been warned to bring all spices etc. needed to cook, but also happy to have oodles of spices there. My husband grew up in Snowmass, so we are very familiar with the area and we know the age of these condos, so it wasn't surprising to have few outlets, sloping floors, and building sounds...not an issue for us. There are extension cords there, so not to worry! We walked to the Assay Hill lift and were on the slopes within 15 minutes. So yeah, location is awesome. The walk is extremely icy though...just had to take it slow. Upon arrival we noticed a few things, and the iTrip team was very responsive.

The bunk alcove is a great option for anyone looking for a second sleeping space but working within a set budget. The owners are a family as well and created this space to work for them when they stay. It must have been very fun for your husband to share his childhood home area with his family! #83 unit does receive a 5 star review from us. It was clean and the furniture was very comfortable. The mattresses were very comfortable as well. Perfect location in the resort. Having paper towels, dish soap, dish towels and all the necessary kitchen equipment was great. Soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower was greatly appreciated. Hand soaps at all sinks was very thoughtful. We hit traffic so our arrival was pushed to evening so having all of the above made our first night very comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was the balcony furniture. Needed updated and add another chair and ottoman by the master bedroom sliding doors. We hope to stay in this unit again this year. The resort we rate as a 5 star - secure, clean and well landscaped and well maintained.

Clean, more than comfortable with perfect location. Walked to town about 3.5 miles over the bridge. Saw dolphin every day. Only thing missing was another packet of the delicious coffee that we started our trip with.

Hello to all that read these reviews. I have had the pleasure of staying at Napili Shores resort four times. Two of those trips were through iTrip vacations. Throughout the process I have had constant contact with iTrip. This year, as you can imagine, there were times when I was worried our trip would be canceled. iTrip updated me throughout the six moths leading to our departure. When We got to Maui, our room was waiting for our arrival, the lights were on, the TV was playing the Hawaiian channel and the room was nice and cool. Hand sanitizer, beach towels and a nice welcome note was on the kitchen table. It was these small details that made this experience more special. If you are the type that likes housekeeping to come make your bed and bring fresh towels each day, those accommodations are available to you. I like my privacy and prefer to wash my own towels and that is also an option. Even though I have been to Maui four times and iTrip Maui has only accommodated us two of those trips, it has been a great experience and pleasure working with them. Thank You

It was a beautiful home to be in with many activities for my children along with my two gfs children. There was plenty to do to entertain our children as it rained for a few days. The view was quite breathtaking and the host was very accommodating to our needs. We will def be back! Thanks!

This is our 4th stay at Heron's Rest on Oak Island!! It is such a clean and comfortable condo close to EVERYTHING you need for a weeks stay at the beach! Well equipped kitchen, comfy living and dining area, deck facing the golf course! Best of all, quick walk to the beautiful beach!!! We will DEFINITELY BE BACK NEXT YEAR!!! We sure enjoyed our Mini ski vacation with our older grandkids. The condo was beautifully decorated & very clean. The views were breathtaking. What we really enjoyed was the fact that every television operated correctly. We would definitely rent this condo again, I give it an excellent rating!

I have spent several days with my family (husband + 2 kids, aged 8 and 10) at this lovely oceanfront condo in the Ocean Dunes neighborhood. This condo has 3 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of space including a great kids room with bunks and a daybed. The entire condo is renovated with gorgeous, clean bathrooms and a wonderful kitchen. My favorite parts: two large oceanfront decks (one off the master, one off the main living room) and the proximity to the private beach access (about 20 seconds of walking). Ocean Dunes is a great complex with access to pools etc once the pandemic is over. I would highly recommend this for families, couples or girls weekend and will definitely stay again.

The house was great and the everything you wanted in your home away from home. The pool was perfect for family fellowship. The neighborhood park was perfect for grandchildren. The only negative was neighbors kept parking in front of house so hard to move cars around from driveway very rude since they could park in front of their home.

The Dundee Villa was a great place to stay. The location is awesome, you are surrounded by beautiful views of vineyards and on a clear day can see Hood and Adams which is lovely. The 2 decks are great for sitting and relaxing. You are close to the town of Dundee so popping down for food or coffee is easy. The house itself is fantastic with well appointed bedrooms, nice bathrooms, and beautiful open floor plan. The natural light is great throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with solid tools and cookware and the wine glass/serving ware (decanters/ice buckets etc) is the best I've ever had in a rental which is nice when you are in wine country as that is clearly part of the draw of staying here! Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Kiawah! The house was in the perfect location, close to the beach and the pool. The pool also had access to a dock at the marsh with was so beautiful at sunset! There were plenty of beach supplies provide which was super handy. The screened in porch was an awesome hangout and the grill was a huge plus for us as we cooked most of meals. It’s a great place to stay!

Everything about Liberty tree house was perfect. They were extremely accommodating and the house was clean, modern and perfect for our weekend getaway in Charleston. Location was great - we didn’t have a car and it was no problem! Highly recommend and would definitely book again when we come back down to the low country!

The house and furnishings are fantastic - the kitchen is well appointed. The pool is small but perfect for the kids - we stayed in December and paid for heating the pool which was so worth it. Incredibly high ceilings - and bedrooms are situated so that you can’t hear a thing from the living area. All bedrooms are upstairs. Across the street from the path to the beach. Hope to stay here again!

My first impression of this unit was how clean and beautifully decorated it was. It has a wonderful overview of the pool and remarkable partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. My children and friends are interested in renting Unit 2304 in the near future. This would be a great location for them. It has everything! I highly recommend Unit 2304 and give it a 5 STAR rating !

This condo was in a great location and proximity to activities in gulf shoresm yet far enough away to not deal with traffic private beach for the resort was small but nice. Staff at the resort are pleasant and helpful and the grounds are very well kept! Condo had all necessities, beds were very comfortable! We loved our lagoon views as well as short walk to beach.

Our group included 11 adults for an Annual Board Retreat. The space provided comfortable sleeping arrangement for us all. The kitchen was great for bringing our own meals. There was space for us all to meet together or break into smaller groups. The hot tub was a great place to relax at the end of the day after long meetings. By the end of the trip we were already talking about future retreats at the same location.

This condo has everything you need if you are looking to cook while you are here. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. Very convenient to city center, restaurant and spa. The only negative was all of the steps. If you can’t walk up or down stairs, this is not the place for you.

We enjoyed our stay at condo 12B Crescent beach club, had easy and prompt communication with itrip staff. Beautiful and comfortable condo, well equiped with great outdoor entretainment options. We had a great stay at this condo! It is exactly what it says, no frills, but clean and comfortable! It would be nice to have TVs in the extra bedrooms but that is my only compliant. The rental company - iTrip NC - was AMAZING! I was nervous to rent through them because I've never used them before, but their price was better so went with it. They were very responsive to any of our needs and easy to contact!

We were in HHI for a wedding and stayed at this condo for the weekend. It was beautiful, just as pictured! We found it to be very clean, kitchen seemed well stocked (although we did not cook much), and basic toiletries and paper essentials were provided which was awesome. The entire complex and pool area are meticulously maintained and beautiful. The only issue we had were the frogs? croacking very loudly on and off throughout the night which made sleeping somewhat of a challenge. Palmetto Dunes General Store was a short walk away and had all the essentials we needed for the weekend. Free shuttle available to take you elsewhere throughout Palmetto Dunes. Overall, a great experience.

This updated condo is both cozily and simply appointed - perfect for a relaxing getaway! Even though this unit is in the back, you still get a bit of a beach view and offshore breeze, as well as 2 patios (crucial for dropping off all the beach gear!). The walk to the pool and beach couldn't be more convenient. Definitely bookmarking for the future!

Absolutely beautiful property... Online photos are amazing but do not begin to capture the actual esthetics of this home. This beach house is bright, spacious and magnificently decorated. It offers an open floor plan yet manages to feel cozy. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor living space as much as the indoor spaces. The outdoor shower made cleaning up after a day at the beach a breeze. The beach was super easy to access with a quick 2-3 minute walk. Jason (the property manager) was so patient and extremely helpful. We hope to visit this paradise again!

Very nice condo. Views were awesome overlooking the pool area, looking out at the ocean, and looking down towards myrtle ( only downfall was could not see sunrise in morning due to angle of building ). Great location to get to places. Room was clean and well equipped ( did not have can opener or a lot of storage containers ). Went during labor day week. Was packed sat. And sun. Then died down big time rest of week. Definitely has a resort feel. This place, room, hotel and ammentities are all outstanding. Swim up bar drinks are about 14 dollars after all taxes and fees but they do give you a double pour of alcohol. Parking says 8'6" but indigo parking lot was only 6'8" to enter past the first floor. Please look into this if you plan on taking a cargo top. Yes there are a few parking spaces outside and some on first floor but they are gone quickly. The only thing I did not like is booking this room privately you can not check into 4 to get your room key, parking pass, and bands to get into pool area. So if you are someone like me that gets down to myrtle early to avoid traffic I can't just relax and swim in pools til my room is ready. It does tell you this ahead of time it just sucks. But I would definitely recommend this place. But read the frequently asked question post and it will give you some advice.

My husband and I, along with two other couples, just spent 4 days at this most beautiful condo. The location in Orange Beach is perfect, not right next to other condo buildings. The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with anything you need. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Gave us some good information on places to eat and things to do. On our last evening there, the Blue Angels performed a "fly-by" right in front of our balcony. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and will definitely be back.

Coastal Chic is a beautiful beach home and we loved our stay. So very comfortable and close to everything. A short stroll down the boardwalk to the Pavilion pools, restaurant and most importantly, the beach! Our family felt like home there and already planning our next stay.

Sea-renity provided a lovely home with a pool shaded by palm trees. With 5 bedrooms(4 bathrooms) there was room for everyone. The kitchen was a dream to cook in with so many pots, pans, and other accessories available. The pool with the heater on was warm enough even in late December. The beach is just a short walk down a quiet side street. The beach was calm in the winter, and enjoyable for walking & wading. Numerous stores and restaurants were within walking distance. The management company was so easy to work with, and was super responsive to any request. I couldn’t imagine a smoother, more enjoyable vacation. Definitely would book again.

The condo was great. The layout of the condo was great. Very roomy walkways and bedrooms. Great view of the beach. Pools were awesome. Condo was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. My only complaint was that the dishwasher had a missing button and we could not get it to work. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Our adult children met us at Blue Cabana for a long weekend. The condo has a beautiful view and is very comfortable. We were very pleased with the amenities, especially the giant pot in the kitchen, perfect for a low country boil! Charleston is a lovely city with lots to do. We hope to make this a yearly event.

Unit and location were great. Couches and big chair in main room were very comfortable. Itrip Management was super responsive for everything. My only improvements would be Master Shower could use improvement - better shower-head and easier way to turn on without getting soaked and we did hear a lot of different sounds from the unit above us. Not sure if it was running water or what but a lot of various noises that were annoying at times. Otherwise, great place.

As soon as we arrived at 603 Dockside we fell right in love with it. It immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. The space is perfect for our family. We are already planning to come back to this same condo! Like anywhere, there are little things or should I say little flaws but I’m not going to get into the nit picky stuff, this stuff is what makes it feel more like home. The beds were very comfortable. And our favorite part was that we didn’t have neighbors on one side of us and we are in the top floor. Privacy and quiet was perfect! 5 min walk to the beach, a nice pool to use, many options for food close, shopping and so much other stuff for fun. We had two little ones with us and this condo made vacationing with kids a breeze.

Just wrapped up a week Dillon, Co at Lake Cliffe Condo's. Everything was just as pictured. Condo was clean, very comfortable, and quiet. The views were amazing from the balcony, kitchen and living room. I would highly recommend staying here!

My 16-year old daughter and I loved this spot in the Hollywood hills! The space is beautiful inside and out, and well appointed. Views are spectacular and a great central location to so many things LA has to offer. The streets in the hills are tight so I’d recommend getting a smallish car if you’re renting. The owners and dog Nina are so friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at the Commodore Condo. The only thing is that the music from Patches could be heard very loud in the first bedroom but with the fan that is in closet help drown out so of the music. The set up is great for our family and the area us perfect. Will stay again.

First time to Hawaii! Had a great time exploring the island of Maui. The condo was great. It is very well maintained and has everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the unit is close to the beach. The unit sits up from the pool, so you can enjoy coffee/drinks on the lanai overlooking the grounds. The property is very well maintained and quiet. Would definitely rent again if the need arises.

This was a very nice and well appointed home. We enjoyed our mornings on the front porch and afternoons on the back area. Travis and Karin were there to assist us at any point during our stay. This was a great condo for our family of 5. The top floor end unit remained quiet and doesn’t share outside walls with people so it was a pleasant stay and less stressful with my three excited little boys! We loved the amenities in the unit and felt the room sizes were perfect. The hot tub and garaged parking were well liked as well. It’s a really short drive to the Canyons which was a great spot for us to start each day! Thanks so much for hosting us!

Stayed here for 4 nights on a mother daughter trip and the gentleman that checked us in was exceptional on customer service. Quick check in and full of suggestions. Our room was super clean and they really pay attention to detail. Really liked the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles that were supplied on the shower wall. A very comfortable condo and kitchen had every gadget we needed. Only thing we wish we were on a higher floor so we could see the ocean but we were still happy with room. The condo also has an area first come first serve beach umbrellas, chairs, floats, toys etc. so check that out before you go buy. There was an awesome ice cream parlor across the street you could walk to which was convenient. Our car was parked under the building which was always in the shade so that was nice we didn't have to get in a hot car in the evenings. Beaches are clean and there is an umbrella chair service available if you choose. We will be back!

The property was great the price was appropriate. Older Victorian house but like the add said, everything inside is new. The location was great. Fitness center a couple blocks away even gave people in our group that wanted it a free couple day pass. I believe I heard it had a pool too :). We tried the Indian restaurant a couple blocks away and it was wonderful. We even purchased a large cooking pan from the owner. The three full bathrooms were very nice for our group. Really don’t think any of us had any complaints. We come to Portland this time each year and would certainly come again if the price is the same. Stayed: January 2019

We have rented this home three times now and enjoy everything about it, and plan on going again next year. Just a couple of minor issues, not of which we couldn't live with, because the house was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. 1.Towel bar in front bedroom is loose and should be looked at. 2. Outdoor furniture was very dirty when we moved in. Couldn't sit on it without cleaning it. 3. The air conditioning unit seemed difficult to regulate for bedrooms 2 & 3. Not a huge problem, however for the two couples staying in those rooms, it seemed to get very warm during the sleeping hours. Over-bed fans would help. We were thrilled with this condo. We booked last minute (day of check-in) and iTrip was accommodating and responsive. The condo is well-stocked, spacious, and updated. The hot tub is right outside. The garage is tight and outdoor parking is limited - if you have a bigger car, it may be tough to get in the garage. We have a truck and probably could have made it work but luckily there was outdoor parking while we were there.

We had a great stay at the condo last week. We arrived at 5 pm and the place was clean and ready for us. Everything was as advertised if not better. The view from the balcony was fantastic! The access to the beach was very convenient and the pool was always clean and a fun place to take our kids. For the most part it appeared that it was mainly families staying in the Ocean House condos, which provided a nice atmosphere. The only drawback was that the unit next to us apparently had several teens staying there who felt the need to play extremely loud music late into the evening with very loud bass. Not good since we have little kids who are trying to sleep. I went over a couple of times and knocked on the door but could never get anyone to answer. But in the grand scheme of things that was a small minor inconvenience. We will definitely seek to stay here again next time we come.

Our group of 10 was very comfortable in this home over Thanksgiving. The kids loved the big bunk room, and the hot tub! House was adequate for our group of seven. We found the kitchen well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Location was close to tram stop. Beds were very comfortable. Sun room appeared to me newly remodeled. The floor had a slight odor and produced a lot of condensation which was slippery. Minor cleaning issues: wrappers and such left under beds, bed spreads could be refreshed. Biggest issue was with new Sea Colony policy with regard to checking in. I've stayed at SC for several years and never experienced the nightmare checkin. Apparently SC board made up of owners instituted a new policy that creates quite and inconvenient checkin process. Had to wait an estimated 45 minutes to obtain badges and parking passes. Several others in the queue echoed the same dissatisfaction with the "new policy", many previous SC patrons as well. Suggest those that implemented this policy hang out at the marketplace around 3 PM on a Saturday. Policy is flawed and should be reexamined. Made a previously pain less, convenient process a frustrating timely one. It's check in day people have travels quite a distance to be greater with such delays is poor form and could potentially create vacancy issues if not remedied. It's a shame as the SC experience has always been a positive one.

Bella Mar was the perfect house for a beach vacation for multiple families. We had 3 families in total. I loved that this house had 3 master bedrooms so no arguments over who gets the master. Walking to the beach took 5 mins, which is great with young kids. A 10 minute walk to a few small shops, restaurants, and the Pier. Around 10 minute drive to Publix for groceries. We grilled daily with either the charcoal or propane grill. Kids enjoyed having the ping pong table in the garage. Management was quick to respond when the internet went down. I would definitely go back.

We rented Sherbet Hermit for 4 weeks in Jan - Feb 2021. It is a wonderful home. The main bedroom is fairly large with a huge closet, open shower, double sinks, and separate commode area. The king bed was very comfortable. The bedding in each bedroom had a slightly different motif, so the colors went well but each room wasn't a carbon copy of the next. The other bedrooms aren't large, but there is enough space that you aren't tripping each other. The kitchen is fantastic. I don't know if there is a cooking or serving implement that you could think of that they don't have. A few of the frying pans were somewhat worn, so my family bought a new one and left it, along with a few extra pots from home. They have spices galore - no need to buy your own. The living room and dining room area is huge. We had plenty of space to spread out. I was "working from home" which required a strong internet connection. It worked great. The back porch provides a sliver view of the ocean, and overlooks the lovely pool. Jan - Feb is not exactly pool weather so we didn't get to use it, but we sat in the comfy deck chairs on nice days. The location really is a 2-minute walk to the beach. The section of beach over the bridge is, in my opinion, the best along the whole stretch. You get a great difference between high tide and low tide. The sunrises are incredible, and you even have a great view of the sunset to the south. We saw dolphins 3-4 times and even a turtle. There are tons of restaurants, shops, groceries, and more just up the street, but you feel like you are in a beautiful secluded area. We can't wait to return!

We came in town 10 guys and had a phenomenal time. Sleeps 10 pretty comfortably and the place is really nice and updated. Plenty of parking, outdoor shower, and outdoor porch and entertainment space. A quick walk to the beach as well. We did rent a golf cart to help make trips back and forth easier for carrying stuff but not a necessity. Highly recommend

I couldn't be happier with the experience my boys and I had at this property over the weekend. While small the property experience has good usable space. I love the placement of the double bunk beds and Murphy bed as it maximizes space. And since the unit is right at the base of Copper Mountain we didn't need to drive anywhere - the food and entertainment were in walking distance. The property manager was not only courteous, but you can tell he genuinely cares about customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay there was a good one.

This amazing condo provides everything you could need for a perfect stay at the beach! Not only is it beautifully decorated , the location is more than ideal. It is only a short walk across the way to the beach which makes it so easy to either pack for a full day at the ocean, or just walk over to enjoy the truly awesome sunsets. Also it is conveniently located near the village of Siesta Key, where you can find great dining options for any meal and some shopping, if you choose. Overall, I can't think of a better place to enjoy a beautiful stay at the beach!

The condo was very nice and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The condo stayed cool even during the hot 100 degree weather. The only suggestions I have is that the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced, they are old and damaged and not safe to cook with and we had to purchase a few to cook breakfast. The washer is very loud and probably should also be replaced. The condo could have a few extra bath towels, and some cleaning supplies to clean the kitchen. Getting the keys was simple and the place was easy to find. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and the condo was amazing.

Absolutely beautiful property, quiet and comfortable. The decor and overall design of the house gave space to cook, relax, and do a little work when needed. The natural sunlight with so many windows let the outside in too! Bonus was the private hot tub - such a relief after a long day. Beyond the stay itself, the iTrip team made sure everything was so smooth, from start to finish. They had answers to any questions fast, made the booking process easy, and it was comforting to know they were local if anything came up. Gave that family / small business feel I look for. Great location walking distance from everything downtown one block down from Duval street. Was able to walk to Starbucks, cvs and the local grocery store for anything we needed. Beautiful home completely updated with old key west vibes… perfect for our family of 4. Would definitely stay here again….

I loved our stay in this amazing house! Excellent house for entertaining a little crowd. The theater room with recliners and a giant oversized fuzzy beanbag along with a movie theater popcorn machine and bar area provided a great relaxing atmosphere for kiddos and adults! The pool table and plethora of board games kept everyone entertained. Outside we enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit! This place has so much charm! Some of my favorite features were the round table in the dining room, original old wooden doors, the little library area, and coffee/tea bar area! I can’t wait to go back again someday! Highly recommend!

We were so pleased with this unit and location! From the moment we walked in, we knew management was expecting us. The view was the first thing we saw. We were a bit concerned with the age of the complex before our arrival and were certain the teens in our family might not think it was lavish enough ; ) - but that was not the case. We all agreed it was the best unit we had booked (and we booked some nice places while island hopping) simply because the views, access to the beach and accommodations were perfect! We did some snorkeling and the turtles did not disappoint! We could see them swimming in the water from our balcony - and we were surprised with turtles on the beach, too. We would definitely come again! (It's not as "equipped" as some units we've stayed in - i.e., rubbermaid style containers and/or plastic wrap; we just didn't ask enough questions.).

We looooved this cabin! It was so gorgeous first of all. The king bed was so comfortable and I stayed in the big jacuzzi tub a lot! Loved everything about this cabin except for the rectangle stools at the kitchen table. We’re larger people so we couldn’t sit on those for long. The cabin was stocked with dishes and towels, etc. So great! Nice to stay somewhere and not have to constantly wash. Thank you so much for keeping this cabin beautiful, we definitely will book again!

We had such a wonderful time at this house. Everyone who came remarked on how beautiful and well laid out the house was! There were plenty of linens and kitchen supplies for our group of 10. We just had a small reunion of family and this was absolutely the best house for all generations from a one year old to 86 years old! Everyone loved the house and the fantastic open layout and the bedrooms are great also. The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need, and the screened patio with large table, games and lots of comfy chairs was a great lounge area. The location is a short 5 minute walk to the beach through a beautiful neighborhood. And the house has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your time on the beach!! Check in is simple and the management company is great with communication. The only suggestion/improvement needed is better/newer mattresses - some were pretty bad - way too soft and had several complaints. But this in no way would stop me from staying here - it really is a fabulous vacation house!

Our family enjoyed a week at this awesome house!! We have always loved the North Forest Beach location, and this home was in an ideal location! A quick few minutes to walk to the beach, or a fast bike ride into Coligny for shopping, dinner or ice cream! We loved all the amenities at the house, including the option to heat the pool to our Midwestern taste :) , grill out for dinner, and the 3 full bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was perfect place for our family to start and return to each day! Everything was very clean and perfectly decorated to make it a relaxing stay! We had bikes delivered to the house and used the house beach wagon to head out for beach days! Would LOVE to return!

We had a great stay! The condo was as expected from previous reviews and listing. Great for our family of 5. Very clean! The 2 older kids stayed in the bedroom with 2 beds and the baby was in the master with us. Plenty of room for a pack and play. We had to move some fragile decor away from the kids when we arrived but that wasn’t a big deal. Pool was heated as stated in listing which was key since it was only in the 60s during our stay. My kids loved the pool! Location of condo was so nice with the shops and restaurants right downstairs, especially for a quicker delicious meals. We had breakfast and dinner at smith house and lunch two times at the fish restaurant next door. The smith house bakery also had great pastries! It’s nice that the condo isn’t in the busiest part of the island, but such a short drive, and sometimes walk to where you want to go. If you are between beaches, I’d recommend south beach with kids near the resorts, even though it’s another mile to drive. ITrip staff were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the week with questions and communication, as well as before our stay! We hope to come during the winter another year soon!

I must say this was one of the best vacations that my family and I have taken in a long time. The house is absolutely spectacular. The unit was supplied with everything you could possibly need. It's very well maintained. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous no matter what time of the day. The home is located not far from local shopping and restaurants so it was quite convenient. We didn't want to leave because it was just that cozy. We'd love to rent this unit again in the near future.

The location is awesome. It's a safe building where lots of families were staying. Quick walk to the beach where we spent most of our time. You will have to buy a few essentials if you are staying for more than just a couple days, but that is no issue with a Publix right next door. The beach was beautiful and didn't feel too crowded even during spring break. There are some shared items by the pool that you can bring to the beach with you (toys, sand castle necessities, beach chairs, umbrellas), but some of those items aren't in the best shape. The condo had plenty of space for 2 couples and a child. We had great weather the whole time, so we barely used the family room, but I imagine that would have been good for rainy days. My only complaint was the bed we slept in in the guest bedroom. It was very squeaky and loud with every movement, so you wake up every time you or your partner moves. Overall we had a good stay and would come back to this location again!

thank you so much for allowing us to stay once again. The storms were amazing! The security staff is fantastic as well as the very nice cleaning staff and concierge. Always love this room each time. Only issue was some foolish ball team on the 14th floor who threw down a ceramic coffee cup into the pool which shattered (thank goodness didn't hit anyone) and then spit from up there on kids and family. Thank goodness they left after 3 days. This room is beautiful! Wish we never had to leave and hope to come back as soon as we win powerball :-)

Dropping my daughter off at school and decided to spend the week prior in Clearwater Beach. My first time renting a condo as I usually stay at hotels, was worried about the cleanliness and accommodations. Not disappointed place was spotless, with plenty of linen and tons of space. Gorgeous views of the marina off the patio and short walk to the beach, located near many restaurants and stores. But nice to have a parking space if we want to drive somewhere. Very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the Valencia St. Rental…We had 3 couples so it was perfect for that…House was clean and had all the essentials…Loved that they had extra bath towels and beach towels.. The outdoor grill was great to have for grilling out in evenings…Plenty of space for parking 3 cars on driveway…The house is right next to Flagler College which is a beautiful campus…So close to all the downtown stores and restaurants/ St. George Street…..we really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

First the condo had beautiful views and was well provisioned with utensils for cooking/eating. The finishes in the room were excellent. The two smart TVs were a big plus with lots of content selection. We streamed a lot of Netflix and Amazon in the evenings. The one issue with the room was the cypher lock. You had to enter the code, attempt to open the door which would fail on the first attempt. Allow the lock to time out then reenter the code. This happened every time without fail. It was almost as if by design. Overall that was a minor issue. The lanai which is elevated one story was prefect for watching sunsets or turtles swimming less than fifty feet away. We were also fortunate to catch schools of dolphins surfacing. This would be an awesome unit for whale watching during the winter months. The owner provided a notebook with lots of good to know information which was very much appreciated. We own a timeshare on south Kaanapali and have been to Maui probably forty times and know the island well but have spent little time on north Kaanapali so the owners tips were very handy. The unit is conveniently located near walkable shopping. Times grocery store is a short walk and is a fully stocked grocery store with surprisingly low prices for Maui. There are also places in the same shopping center to dine in or takeout food. The beach directly behind the condo is very rocky, actually its coral so you must be careful but the upside is that brings lots of fish to see. Literally thirty feet to the south of the property is where the north Kaanapali beach starts and goes all the way to Black Rock. This is an excellent sandy beach which is wide and safe for swimming. At that same distance is where the Beach Walk begins. We walked it to Whalers Village a little over two miles away then walked the beach back at sunset. If you are up for the walk which is mild, I recommend it. You can conceivably make the walk all the way the Lahaina. The swimming pool is perfectly sized for this building and was never too crowded. There are also BBQs and table for eating if that is what you choose to do. There was quite a bit of construction being done at the building which starts between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. each week day. It can be very noisy. Since we enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai on the back side were minimally impacted by the noise on the front side of the building where most of the construction is being done. There was one instance where it sounded like something fell below us that shook the entire unit through the floor. I’m not sure what it was but it was big. The construction didn’t cause us any other concerns since we were out and about most all day and the work was always completed by four or five in the afternoon. I do plan to book this unit again for the same time frame next year so we can extend our stay on the island as we did this year. We were on island seventeen days which was a good length of time and will plan similar in the future.

This is our third stay at this property. We are building a home about 20 minutes away and love the location. The unit is well appointed and always spotless. We love parking the car and having so many choices for dining and entertainment. We absolutely enjoy the three outdoor spaces and enjoy listening to the world go by while we relax. And the Palmetto Kettle Corn was a lovely gift! Lots of stairs but there is an elevator that we did not need.

The location to the beach and having a designated parking place is great. Perfect for two people because it is small. I wasnt keen on being next door to a loud restaurant, but, when you closed the door, it did become a kind of Shanghai.

Loved the condo and working with iTrip was a breeze. Everything was clean and in good working order. Our only complaints were the occupants in the condo above us and people blaring country music at the pool. All in all, Id choose this unit again.

We could not have been more happy with our stay! The home is beautifully decorated with a perfect set up for a big group/family. The living room with fireplace is open directly into the kitchen and dining. The beds are comfortable and the entire home is clean. We had everything we needed and a perfect location to boot!

The apartment was very cozy. We needed to book last minute and the host was very accomodating and the apartment was just great. We really enjoyed our stay there. St Augustine historic sites were just minutes away by car and the beach just a minute away by foot

Beautiful condo. Beds were super comfy. It was stocked with everything that we needed. Perfect location to the beach and John’s pass. Front desk was very nice. Parking was great. My only complaint is that I wish there was a hose on the other end of the condo by the pool to wash sand off . I also wish there was a bathroom down there. Other than that it was perfect.

We stayed at this home with a large group. It was a beautiful home with plenty of bed and most of all plenty of bathrooms. One of the largest homes we seen and the pool/outdoor area really gives everyone the ability to spread out.

Our sons, their wives and children went with us to this beautiful home. It is so much more than you see in the pictures. We enjoyed many hours on our boat and then docked it right there at the pier. The views were spectacular, especially at night with all the stars. The game room was a huge hit for everyone! One of my grandsons asked if we could go back for spring break! We definitely will return at some point.

Excellent, clean, well stocked rental home in Briarwood! We have rented and stayed in different places throughout the years in Naples to come visit family and this home was perfect for our stay. My family wanted to spend a few days away from all distractions and Vista House Unit A was the answer. Immediately upon entering the views of were breathtaking. The layout was perfect it is so relaxing and taking in the shear beauty of the ocean was a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed the kitchen and adjacent dining table which overlooked the ocean, it was mesmerizing having coffee in the morning. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Great location close to the beach. I am planning on coming back again!!!!

We have been to Myrtle Beach/Garden City many times but this was our first time staying at Horizon East. This condo was comfy and the view and proximity to the beach could not have been better. Some aspects of the condo were dated such as the kitchen cabinets. But extra points for being so clean. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with iTrip personnel was top notch. Not only is the location fabulous, close to El Paseo and some great hiking trails, but the kitchen has everything one could wish for: ample dishes, cooking utensils, spices, some starter groceries, various pots, pans and kitchen appliances. For those who like to do some of their own cooking while on vacation, this condo is perfect. This large, comfortable, clean unit is perfect for two couples. There are plenty of clean bath towels and linens, as well as swim towels for the lovely heated pool and hot tub. We would happily stay here again and will recommend it to our friends who are currently bundled up and busy shovelling their driveways.

This was our second visit to the Greenside home. It has been a great experience both times. The home is very well supplied with all kitchen appliances, comfortable beds and fun game room with ping pong and pool table. Beautiful back yard adjoining the golf course with a hot tub on the deck. The design of the home is great with large bedrooms on 3 levels for privacy. We will make this home at least an annual vacation destination!

My husband and I met my son, his wife and our two granddaughters in Walland for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was wonderful. The cabin was just as described and even better. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
